FreakMount® sells a super-strong magnetic phone mount designed to fit most phones and phone cases, hold at high speeds and vibration when used as directed, minimize the risk of scratching the surface it is attached to, and keep your paint in mind.

Because motorcycles, tanks, finishes, phone cases, and riding conditions vary, please read the refund, warranty, use, and compatibility information below before using your FreakMount product.

Refund

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from your purchase, as long as the product is in new condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your money within 1–2 business days to the original form of payment.

Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty is expressly limited to purchasers of FreakMount products from FreakMount or FreakMount-authorized resellers. This Limited Warranty is limited to FreakMount mounts and components only.

This Limited Warranty does not include any device mounted, held, attached, or connected to a FreakMount mount, including, without limitation, any phone, GPS, computer, camera, or other electronic device.

If a covered FreakMount mount or component breaks due to a covered issue, FreakMount may repair, replace, or provide a suitable substitute at its discretion. If a product or part has been discontinued, FreakMount may attempt to suggest or provide a suitable substitute. If a suitable substitute is not available, the discontinued product or part is no longer covered for replacement under this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any product or part that has been misused, abused, worn out, damaged by excessive wear and tear or fatigue, subjected to heat beyond ordinary weather conditions, ground or otherwise altered, used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended, used on an incompatible surface, or used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding its use.

Use and Compatibility

While proven effective in the majority of cases, FreakMount product performance varies depending on conditions and applications of use. Motorcycles are built differently, with varying tank materials, tank shapes, paint, coatings, finishes, and surface treatments over the last 100 years of manufacturing.

This may include, without limitation, custom paint, additional paint or clear-coat layers, repainted tanks, wraps, protective films, decals, textured finishes, rounded or highly curved tanks, peanut tanks, narrow tanks, non-magnetic tanks, aluminum, plastic, fiberglass, and any other tank or surface that does not allow the mount to make secure magnetic contact.

FreakMount cannot guarantee the effectiveness of its mount design across every material, process, finish, shape, and application. It is up to the consumer to determine whether FreakMount is suitable for their needs before use, including confirming that the mount sits securely on the intended surface and feels strongly magnetized.

Consumers should also determine whether their current phone case is compatible with their FreakMount product. Given the variance in size, shape, material, and texture of phone cases, FreakMount cannot guarantee that its products will operate properly across all types of cases.

For the best experience with any FreakMount product, consumers must ensure that the mount, phone case, and intended mounting surface are clean, dry, free from debris, dust, dirt, and grime, and completely intact before use.

Consumers should not use FreakMount if the mount does not sit securely on the intended surface, does not feel strongly magnetized, or if the consumer is uncertain whether the motorcycle tank, surface, finish, phone, or phone case is compatible with the product.

Failing to maintain any FreakMount product in proper condition can result in loss or damage of the product and/or the consumer’s device.

Legal and Safe Use

FreakMount products are intended for lawful road use and must be used only in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

FreakMount does not encourage consumers to use its products in any dangerous, unsafe, harmful, or unlawful manner. Consumers are encouraged to review all applicable rules and regulations regarding hands-free use of smartphones and other electronic devices while operating a motor vehicle before using a FreakMount product.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreakMount shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that results from use or misuse of its product, including, but not limited to, any obligation to reimburse, repair, or replace any lost or damaged phone, GPS, computer, camera, electronic device, or other personal property.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
