We offer free shipping on all US and Canada orders placed directly on our website. For international orders, the rates are reflected upon checkout.

We ship to most countries in the world and the shipping rates are reflected at checkout. For international orders, any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Depending on your location, orders are shipped from our US or Canada warehouses. Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, domestic orders will arrive within 3-5 business days from order. International orders will arrive typically within 7-10 days.

Items purchased from this website can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. The item(s) must be as-new. Once we receive the item(s), we issue refunds within 1-2 business days to the original form of payment. Freakmount is not responsible for the cost of shipping a return.

The Freakmount measures 2.95”/7.5cm (length) x 1.65”/4.2cm (width) x 1.26”/3.2cm (height) and weighs 0.77lbs/0.35kg.

Simply place the FreakMount, magnet side down, onto your metal tank, pull apart the sides of the mount, slide in your phone and release. This firmly holds your phone in place.

FreakMount is designed to securely hold at high speeds in the most conditions, even rain.

Before using the mount:

  1. Ensure that your phone and case is the correct size. FreakMount is designed to work with most phones that are 2.5” wide to 4.3” wide, and with most cases that are 0.5" in thickness or less.
  2. Place the mount on your tank. Then, simply pull apart the sides of the mount, slide in your phone and release. This firmly holds your phone in place. FreakMount has an anti-scratch padding on the side clamps to resist scratching of the phone.
  3. Prep for success: FreakMount will not scratch your paint. However, it will attract steel or iron filings if you have them around. If you work around that type of environment, we recommend placing a small piece of fabric, gauze, chamois, or rubber between the magnet and your tank just to be safe. Don’t worry, the magnet is strong enough for that.

Each Freakmount uses 6 rare earth N52 neodymium magnets. Neodymium magnets are all graded by the material they are made of. The higher the grade (the number following the 'N'), the stronger the magnet. The highest grade of neodymium magnet currently available is N52. These magnets will not interfere with phone reception or display.

The magnet is rubber-coated, meaning it won’t scratch your tank. We recommend making sure both the tank and the magnet is clear of debris to ensure a scratch-free adhesion. 

The Freakmount has an anti-scratch padding on the side clamps to guard against scratching of the phone.

The Freakmount leverages the power of 6 rare earth neodymium magnets and works on most types of tanks. However, tanks made of aluminum or plastic will not be compatible with this mount, as these surfaces don’t have any magnetic properties.

Freakmount is designed to work with phones that are 2.5”/6.35cm wide to 4.3”/10.92cm wide, and cases that are 0.5"/1.27cm in thickness or less.

The magnet has a 1/4” 20 stud, so you can mount any standard attachment to it.

Given that there is unlimited variations in tank materials, paint finishes, paint thicknesses, tank shapes, phone case thicknesses, phone types, etc — Freakmount is not responsible or liable for a phone being damaged while being used with our product. It is the responsibility of the user/consumer to assess whether the mount works with their motorycle, motorycle tank, phone and phone case.
